Advertising the Mother of Success

People are constantly exposed to advertising messages designed to make them believe that they can't live without a certain product or service, and even though most of them know that it is advertising and is most probably stretching or distorting the truth, they are nonetheless affected by the charm and appealing presentation of advertising.
 
For example Coca Cola is definitely one of the richest brands in the world with an estimated net worth of $78.4 Billion, and there is no doubt whatsoever that this globally known company relies heavily on advertising, and the fact that it is today known as one of the strongest companies in the world simply justifies the power of advertising. Advertising is indeed the mother of success, most organisations rely heavily on this practice, always have and certainly always will because their success largely depends on the effectiveness of advertising, and that explains why they spend ernoumous amounts of money in this area, it's simply for their own good.

The Coca Cola recent advertising campaigns "Share a Coke with a friend" and "Open happiness" were a worldwide success, and they both generated a lot of money for the company, thanks to advertising. When a company launches a new product or service and decides to run an advertising campaign to generate exposure, not only does the campaign make the newly launched product well known to the public, but also maximises exposure for the brand, which is also of huge importance in the industry. Coca Cola is one of the strongest brands in the world, thanks to advertising.

  1. I hear your stance lad.I believe in the 'weak theory' of advertising, but i am adamant that Coca-cola advertisements are very conducive towards their success overall.

  3. Advertising it is indeed the mother of success; it gives exposure and reaches large audience. Advertising cost a lot of money and sell propaganda information simply because they want people to consume their product. Advertising is a smart way to do business and it comes with benefits like coca cola giving back to the community so advertising WORKS!

  6. advertising is one of the main aspects an organisation has to get right in order to form,sustain,or maintain the publics perceptions about their brand. it is the only way to get their brands known by the public through the usage of media.

  9. True a brand cannot be a success without advertising, Coca Cola is an example to show people and other organisations what advertising is really is and that without advertising a company or a brand would not succeed to create awareness.

The Mother of Success which brings awareness and eagerness for people to try out a variety of things and/ or product as to which brand they prefer for them by that being an identification of which market segment to target by satisfying the customer's needs. It is an important thing to advertise new and innovative things for the market to grow or progress
